Extrusion Blow Molding Machine Die Head

Die head, is a very important part of extrusion blow molding machine. From the die head, the melted resin come out as a tubular parison. Thought the die head, we can adjust the thickness of the parison for different products. The mould pick up the parison come out from the die heads, then forming to be the finished products.

There are not only one division for the die head. If we divide by processing method, there are continuous type die head and accumulator type die head.

If we divide based on head numbers, then there are single die head and multi die head, we have 2/3/4/6/8/10/12 heads for different product application. And we also can divide the die heads by layer number, there are die head for monolayer and die head for multi-layer.
