The four die heads work simultaneously, supporting mass production of condiment bottles with consistent specifications, meeting large-order delivery needs efficiently—its dry cycle output can reach up to 1000 pieces per hour, greatly reducing unit production costs.
The machine is compatible with multiple raw materials such as HDPE, PE and PP, which are food-grade and non-toxic, complying with international food packaging safety standards. It adopts imported core components: Mitsubishi PLC and inverter, Yuken hydraulic valves and pumps, and Omron relays, ensuring stable operation, quick response and long service life (over 16 years). The proportional hydraulic control system and precise temperature control module guarantee uniform parison thickness, smooth bottle surfaces and strong sealing, avoiding leakage issues of condiment packaging.
With a clamping force of 68-100KN and adjustable mold opening stroke (150-520mm), it supports custom mold replacement for different shapes of condiment bottles, flexible adapting to diverse market demands. The fully automatic operation, from raw material extrusion to bottle forming, reduces manual intervention, lowers labor costs and avoids human errors. It also features energy-saving design, with average power consumption as low as 17KW, achieving environmental protection and cost savings win-win.
