Detailed installtion and trouble shooting videos

For all the machine after tested in china before shipping, we will prepare detailed installation videos, and set up videos of each step, so you will be very easily understand for example how to change the die head, how to change mould, how to change die , how to set up zero settings... so on .

Sending enigneer to your company

We will be also able to send engineers to your factory for help with installtion and training your techncians, the buyer will need provide the round trip tickets and accomodations, but now due to pendamic period, the training and technical guideness will be through video calls mainly.

Service group (whatsapp/wechat)

For each project, we will build a service group via whatsapp or wechat, we will join in our electrical engineers, mecanical engineers, mould engineers, general manager, assistants with your team of technicals there. so anytime when they met a problem, only send the questions to the group and we will help them out in a very short time.

Monthly video meeting with our General engineer

We will also arrange monthly a video call meeting with our general engineer who had more than 20 years expereinces of plastic molding industry, so any questions or troubleshootings he can help with it, we can also help check with your other machines in case need any supports or spare parts.
