Advanced 3-Layer Double Station Blow Molding Technology is the core of our 5L automatic blow molding machine. Different from ordinary single-layer blow molding machines, the three-layer composite structure adds special barrier layer inside plastic bottles.
The finished 5L lubricant buckets and daily chemical bottles obtain outstanding gas barrier property. It can prevent liquid volatilization, avoid external air entering the container, extend the shelf life of lubricants, detergents and chemical liquids. This technology solves many packaging pain points for liquid product manufacturers.
The precise co-extrusion control system ensures consistent wall thickness of each layer. Unbalanced layer thickness will lead to barrier failure, our precise extrusion system avoids this defect completely.
Double station structure enables alternate forming work. While one station completes blowing and cooling, the other station receives new plastic parison. The machine realizes seamless cyclic production, greatly lifting hourly output of 5L plastic containers.
