1. Precision Parison Control for High-end Cosmetic Plastic Bottles

For cosmetic and personal care packaging, uniform bottle wall, smooth surface and stable size tolerance are core requirements. Our double-station 4-head blow molding machine is equipped with Xunjie parison controller and Taiwan Wisetech control system. Multi-point wall thickness programming makes the plastic parison evenly distributed during extrusion. Finished bottles feature consistent wall thickness, no local thin spots and attractive appearance, perfectly matching high-grade shampoo bottles, body lotion bottles and cosmetic liquid containers.

Different from ordinary blow molding equipment, the machine uses optimized toggle clamping mechanism. The clamping force acts evenly on the mold surface, ensuring no mold shifting during blow molding. Bottles have neat edges and less residual flash, lowering post-processing workload for cosmetic packaging producers.

2. Auto Deflashing System Saves Labor for Bottle Post-processing

Labor cost keeps rising in many manufacturing regions. This extrusion blow molding machine integrates an automatic deflashing system. After bottle forming, excess plastic flash can be trimmed automatically without manual cutting. The ceramic heating system maintains stable extrusion temperature. Raw HDPE material melts uniformly, reducing material bubbles, black spots and surface defects on cosmetic bottles. Stable temperature control minimizes defective rate during long-time non-stop running.
