Reliable PET Bottle Solutions for 3 & 4 Gallon Production

Adopt touch-type color HMI system easy to operate can blow maximum 25 liter bottles. Maximum production speed can be 700 bottles/hour. Bottle outlet system is able to add a linking unit and combine with conveyor system to connect to the filling machine, hence reduce bottles secondary pollution and save labors. Adopt tight high pressure combination valves and equipped with high-pressure air-recycle device, air recycle efficiency can be as much as 40%, meanwhile save the investment of low pressure equipment and save power consumption of 15%. The machine main parts consist of torque transmission design, constant rotary heating system and high speed clamping unit, excellent machine layout and patented preform heating system save more than 40% of energy than the traditional one.
