All our injection blow molding machines for premium HDPE shampoo packaging also complete 72-hour non-stop full-load aging testing inside our workshop to inspect servo system stability, temperature control accuracy, blow pressure consistency and mechanical wear resistance, guaranteeing stable long-term mass production performance after arriving at clients’ packaging factories, with zero frequent breakdowns to interrupt bottle production schedules.
