DESCRIPTION
The technology for producing oil pull caps using injection molding machines is constantly evolving to meet the diverse and personalized market demands. For example, injection molding machines can add unique appearance and design elements to oil pull cap products by adding special colors, textures, or patterns. At the same time, injection molding machines can also achieve the production of various models and specifications of oil pull caps to meet the needs of different containers.
After the plastic has completely cooled and solidified, the injection molding machine opens the mold and takes out the finished oil by pulling the cover. Finished oil pull caps usually require some post-processing, such as removing flash edges (excess plastic) from the mold, as well as quality inspection and packaging.
